The Firm's founder, Leda Yu, has been practicing Immigration law since 1997, right after graduating from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York, New York. She was admitted to New York State and U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1997. Prior to starting her own practice, Leda Yu worked as an Associate for two immigration law firms in New York City. She is a past Immigration Committee member of Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY). Leda has provided pro bono legal services including immigration seminars for community organizations. Leda Yu is fluent in Korean and conversational Mandarin Chinese.

Leda Yu has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of immigration law. She has managed volume H-1B filings as well as addressed highly complex and cutting-edge immigration law issues. She has represented  numerous clients in IT, engineering, speech-language pathology, special education, health care finance, research, academia, brokerage, architecture, education, fashion, music, art, design, to name a few. She has also represented individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
